PROMISE LIAH

Promise valentine is a native of Milwaukee Wisconsin. She has a slight history of music in her family tree. Her father known as "SIR ALIAS" was a musician in the mid to late 90"s. She first discovered her voice by the age of 4 and in the first grade she participated in the school choir.The main 2 people that influenced her music today she says was late 90"s R & B star Aaliyah, and one of the biggest pop stars of this time Ariana Grande. With little to no experience in the industry it came about that promise's junior year of high school she became more interactive in music. Seeing that the previous years music was considered a last resort she then started a relationship with an old high school friend. He and promise became closer and her passion for music was no longer in the shadows. That same year she had performed at a school talent show and did her very first solo performance. Even though it was a success to others promise began to have a bit of self doubt and took a break. All until her and former boyfriend were then members of a band named "MELODIC PRODIGIES". Promise then began to take music seriously. She started off with small performances and months later she began to see lots of doors open up for her. 

In the summer of 2018 was the best time for promise, still growing her brand she met artist's like Webster x, Milwaukee known artist CINCERE, RAYNITI, MUNCH LAUREN, and many others like armon and trey. On the day of her high school graduation she met rap game star MS. MULATTO. She even submitted a song to known Milwaukee artists MT TWINS. DONNO of the two twins was very impressed and was open to collab with the young and rising star. One of promise's biggest performances of all time was performing at summer fest in 2018. She performed at both the RENEGADE and BMO HARRIS stage. So many amazing opportunities opened up for the young and talented woman. Unfortunately she did part ways with MELODIC PRODIGIES and decided to pursue her own career. In may of 2018 she released her very first solo single called " GONE'". She received lots of positive feedback and decided to release another in november of 2018 called " KNOW YOUR PLACE". As she is on the rise to success she is even said to release her first single of 2019 called E.T. (Expensive Things). Promise definitely has tricks up her sleeve she's planning a sneak attack with a new project but is not letting go of the name or concept just yet. 

With all of the obstacles that have come about Promise is sure to make her mark in the new year of 2019. Promise has become extremely grateful for her blessings and has been working with well known photographers in Milwaukee such as HANK & ROUCHE, JENNIFER DENNEAU, and CHARLES HAMILTON. As well as she has some really great supporters she has others who aren't exactly too happy about seeing her succeed. With her strong personality and unbelievable talent she finds a way to surpass the drama and move toward bigger accomplishments. You may not have known that promise is also a model. She walked her very fashion show in march of 2018 for designer JEANIE HUGHES. She will also be walking for two more designers in 2019 there will be a follow up with more details. Promise is on the right path and will stop at no means necessary to be successful. GO PROMISE AND CONTINUE TO MAKE US PROUD
